Prestige Blasters is always pleased to personally answer your questions. For your convenience we have supplied answers to many of the typical questions received from our customers.

Are your products Australian stock?

We have imported all of our products under permit from the Queensland police. All of our stock is within Australia and is domestically posted to your location. 

Do you post Australia wide?

Yes we post Australia wide, excluding Victoria. Our shipping policy is 1-3 business days to pick and pack and then standard postage times from Brisbane from there. During peak season and special occasions such as Christmas and Father’s day there may be delays in shipping and we reserve the right to exceed the above guidelines on occasion. Express Post is available and is our preferred method of shipping.

Do I need a license?

No license needed, our products are toys and to be used for fun only. Check Below for availability in your state. 

Do you do bulk discounts?

No bulk discounts.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We try to get the packages out within 3 - 5 business days. From there you are in the hands of the postal service. For those in WA it can take about a week to 10 days before you receive your item.

Are these items Legal in Australia?

Our products are toys and meet strict Australian safety guidelines for soft projectile toys. The ruling has been made in the Magistrates court of QLD that Gel Ball Blasters are not firearms under the customs import regulations of 1956. Furthermore we have had our products tested by the QLD police ballistics division and Gel Ball blasters have been found to not meet the definition of a firearm and are classified as toys in the state of QLD and no restrictions on ownership or sale have been imposed.

NSW

In new south Whales the fact sheet regarding imitation firearms clearly states that "An imitation firearm does not include anything that is produced and identified as a children's toy". 

VIC

We have been informed Directly by the Victorian Police that our products may fall under the definition of of an "ïmitation Firearm" and that all potential customers need to consult with their local law enforcment officer to determine the legality of possessing a Gel Ball Blaster.

TAS

We are unsure of the Laws in Tasmania at this stage. 

WA

Our current information leads us to believe that Gel Ball Blasters are classified as an imitation firearm in the state of Western Australia and that no licence or permit is needed. We highly recommend consulting your local law enforcement officer before purchasing.

SA

Our current information leads us to believe that Gel Ball Blasters are classified as an imitation firearm in the state of South Australia and that no licence or permit is needed. We highly recommend consulting your local law enforcement officer before purchasing.

NT

We are unsure about the Laws in NT regarding Gel Ball Blasters and again we highly recommend consulting with your local Law enforcement officer before purchasing our products.
